Nằm ở Hermon, một khu dân cư ngay bên ngoài trung tâm thành phố Los Angeles,
ngôi nhà của Fenlon được tân trang lại có diện tích 90m2,
mang một cấu trúc mới và mặt tiền đối diện ngay với đường phố
Cấu trúc tích hợp với sân trước thông qua một loạt những bậc thang,
hình thành các bước và tạo ra một chiếc ghế dài ở phía trước của ngôi nhà
Việc bổ sung mới ở phía trước của ngôi nhà tạo thành một sự kết nối độc đáo với cấu trúc hiện đại
